It worked for me, I can only assume that perhaps you are behind a firewall that could be preventing the authenticity of the license to the website to initiate the download or there could be some other extra program causing a delay such as a download scanner for virus threats that is pre-reading the packets before they are registered as downloading.

It is hard to say what might be the issue off hand.
