Instruments not downloading and installing

I've just recently purchased the Samplitude Pro X8 Suite during the Black Friday Sale, and I've installed everything without too much trouble. However, I'm hitting a road block when I attempt to download the remaining Vita instruments, Independence and other instruments available. The installer seems to pause and never resume downloading. Here's what it looks like:

Is there any solution? Please let me know.

@Josh-Terry Your firewall or antivirus can block the download. They probably don't like the fact the program downloads EXE files. Try temporarily disable them or edit their settings, so Samplitude can download and install everything.

That worked! I went to the "Protection History" tab in Windows Firewall, and there was a tab that said "Protected folder access blocked." I clicked on it and it showed the location on the drive, which happened to be the MAGIX Installation Manager. In the "Actions" button on the lower right hand side, I clicked "Allow on Device." Now the files are downloading. Thank you for your assistance.
