Installed Music Maker 15, cannot start program

Bought Music Maker 15 from PC World, installed it, then when it came to run the program, whilst it goes through the start up, a box displaying "Original disc not found; please make sure the original disc is inserted into a drive and can be accessed by the computer. Please start the application and start again" then after inserting the disc into the same drive and clicking ok, the message "Please insert the Magix Music Maker installation CD-ROM and restart the program" appears. when I click ok, the screen goes back to the desktop. this loop happens continually.  I've re-installed the program again (which takes about 30 mins), same thing happens. also tried to register the product, the serial number is not recognised, I typed it in as written and double checked it.  I'm getting a bit frustrated!!

Hi neolithic.

your problem is quite simple to solve, but your computer will need online access.
Log yourself in on the MAGIX homepage,

www.magix.com

then choose support and go to the download section, and choose Tools, download and run UnlockMaster 3. Follow the instructions and that should get it unlocked for you.

Cheers,
