Installation failed

I have this error for Audio Cleaning Lab and Music Maker

SOUND FORGE Audio Cleaning Lab 4 -- Error 1606. Could not access network location [WIX_DIR_COMMON_DOCUMENTS] MAGIX_SOUND FORGE Audio Cleaning Lab 4\.

@Robert-Basque It should help if you disable the controlled folder access temporarily and try to install the software again. You can enable it again if everything is installed and running.

Now there are error when i try to clean or lunch the program. I get this:

Import for file type 101 is not possible!
Error While Writing Noise Sample File!

The plug-in does not work at is should.

I guest it is Windows or the Anti-Virus protections that prevented to write on the Hard-drive.

Any Idea how to solve this?

Hi,

The 101 error has been known for quite a while. I raised a ticket about it recently and the reply was that Magix would probably do nothing about it. As far as I can tell, it has no impact on the program, other than being annoying. Strangely, after a few weeks of using the program, the error has disappeared. Go figure.
