Hello Kim,

This means that the program cannot authenticate the hardware copy-protection on your program disc properly. This can happen under certain circumstances, even if you do have the original disc in the drive. There's a way to get around this. Just go to the support website, log in and find the "Unlockmaster" tool in the "Downloads/Tools" section:

Run it and follow the instructions to request an unlock code for your program. You'll have to wait for Magix support to get back to you with further instructions and the unlock code.

Hi

I had the same problem, i just used the unlock tool as mentioned and waited for the code to go to my email and all was well after it was entered.
