Hi

If the option is greyed out then that means the settings you are using are incorrect (project or burn) or there is something missing from the project.

Should have mentioned this in my previous post - try doing a program reset - IIRC the option is under the File, Settings menu.

Apologies Samplitudes reset is in a different location (should not have posted from memory) it is under File, Program preferences, System/Audio - or press the Y key - and you get to this dialog - the reset is highlighted in this example from Samplitude Music Studio 2013

I have 2014. Does not have the panel you cicled. (The panel above it , yes,  but not the one you circled. I really appreciaate your help. Not making any CD's till I get this sorted!!)
