In playback after saving, there is only audio. No video.

I have a Magix K0065 (black usb) and have successfully transferred a half hour VHS video onto the PC. In the preview it is fine. When I save the video, and play it back, it only has audio, not video. I have installed it correctly. I have the latest driver installed for the graphics card. I have the camera set to on. I have windows 10. Can anybody help?

Thanks

Tracey

@Tracey-Wood

Hi and welcome to the forum.

. . . . When I save the video, and play it back, it only has audio, not video. . . .

Do you mean when you export it from Rescue your Video Tapes (RYVT)?

Which format are you exporting to?

Did you use the Export to mobiledevice - if so which options did you select?

What are you trying to play the video on and with which software player?

. . . .  I have the camera set to on . . . .

Can you clarify what this has to do with the VHS transfer and the issue you are having?
