je n'arrive pas a numériser mes cassettes VHS, d'une part j'ai changer mon adaptateur peritel en croyant que celui fournit était défectueux mais toujours le même résultat, j'ai l'écran de prévisualisation du projet qui est noir, et quand j'enregistre c'est noir aussi. La cassette est le magnétoscope fonctionne très bien puisque j'arrive à lire la cassette et la visualiser correctement sur la TV. J'ai seulement réussi pour l'instant à numériser une seule cassette avant ces problèmes. De plus le convertisseur Magix apparaît sous un autre nom au moment de choisir la source analogique et donc le périphérique: "Gabbro.....(W...)" quelques choses comme ça. Avez vous une solution car je suis vraiment déçu de ce produit que je pensais très bien avant tout ces problème ? Et savez vous comment savoir sur quel réglage de vidéo se mettre "PAL" "SECAM" ou encore les SECAM "L" et pleins d'autres lettres, comment choisir le bon et peut on le savoir lequel est le plus adapté ?

Le logiciel est SOS Cassette Vidéo, je suis sous Windows 10 sur un ordinateur portable Acer

I can’t scan my VHS tapes, on the one hand I change my peritel adapter believing that the one provided was defective but still the same result, I have the project preview screen which is black, and when I record it is black too. The tape is the VCR works very well since I can read the tape and view it correctly on TV. I’ve only been able to scan a single tape before these problems. In addition, the Magix converter appears under another name when choosing the analog source and therefore the device: "Gabbro.....(W...)" a few things like that. Do you have a solution because I am really disappointed with this product that I thought very well before all these problems?
