With video deluxe 15 plus can j import and export mkv file? ... if j can where j find the help to realized it? ... if is not possible in next time can j download a patch to realized it?

Sorry, but there's no Matroska support in Video Deluxe. Realistically, the format is probably pretty irrelevant to most people's video editing tasks. If anything, I can see this being more important as an export format. Maybe sometime in the future...

If there's really some MKV source file you need to import into the program at any cost, I suppose you won't get around converting/repacking the content into a supported file type first.
