If I upgrade to pro x 4 and Im working on a movie in pro x 3 what files do I need to move to the pro x 4

What files would I have to move into the pro x 4 so I can contiue working on my movie I was already working on in pro x 3?   all so what are the files with a bak in front of them for.

Hi, Just install Video Pro X4 parallel to Pro X3, just as I did, and the good news is Pro X3 projects do open in Pro X4, hence no issues. ALl the best.

Just to expand a little on shubert's answer.

If you have "personalised" any of the VPX default settings, e.g. where your files are stored, you will need to make the same settings in VPX4 so that it knows where to find your videos etc.

I've just ordered the upgrade to 4 and so am "preparing myself" for the task of installing it and then making all the changes that I made to the default settings in VPX3 (and indeed 2.5 and 2 before it) so that I can continue to use the workflow that suits me best.
