You can create and save several sites (or states of one site). What you're probably asking is how many sites you can publish at a time. I'm afraid at this point in time, it's only one site per Website Maker account. However, according to the note at the bottom of the following page, multi-project mode is under development for the Website Maker "Deluxe" rate:

Yes, the multi-project mode should be available in summer (maybe july or august). It's a possible "deluxe only" feature.
