Identifying ProducerPlanet License to sound "balloon_pop_cute"

I am a game developer. I want to use a Sound I like from Garry's Mod. It's called "balloon_pop_cute". It's metadata references:

I would like to inquire about the copyright status of the "balloon_pop_cute" sound and whether I would need to obtain permission or a license to use it in my game. If so, what license and or library do I need? Hollywoodedge & Sound Ideas are two big ones that come to mind, but I don't think it is them.

You need to contact Sony Creative Software to determine who the current owner/copyright holder is.
