ICloud Question

If this has been answered, please point me to where - I can't seem to find an answer.

I see the options for Google Photo when it comes to cloud services to connect to, so I am wondering about connecting to icloud so I can pull my photos directly from there. iPhone to Windows Photo results in downloading less than half of my photos due to HEIC so I'd prefer just to connect to iCloud.

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

Since Photo Manager is a Windows only program I suspect it cannot connect to iCloud. Also, since I believe HEIC is a MAC-only feature, again I suspect it is not compatible with PM.

@kyle-t

Hi

It is unlikely to be able to import from iCloud as Apple appear to have locked this, and the HEIC image format, to Apple devices only.
