I've loaded the additional Functions from help menu..still can't load from HDD, Why?

I've loaded the MPEG 4 and the Dolby Digital Stereo in the help drop down. But the Magix application is still not recognizing my HDD device. When I loaded the Codec I chose the first option because I wasn't sure which one I had. Should I have chosen the 2nd option?

Hello!
If you use the HDD camcorder, the program Magix Movie Edit must not recognize it. First You need to copy video files from a camcorder to your computer, and then to import these files in the Magix Movie Edit Pro (in "Edit" mode)
