I purchased Photo Manager Deluxe but I did not receive a serial number

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

When you purchased the app did you receive an email confirmation of the purchase? If so, the activation key/serial number should be included in that.

If you have not received that email, how long have you waited since making the purchase?
