I need help ,older copy of Movie Edit Pro 15 won't register

Hello,

10 years ago , purchased and used Movie Edit Pro 15 to covert my VHS tapes to digital copies. I am not retired and wanting to complete this project, when I went to load and then register my software , an error came back saying it was already registered under a different email address. I don't remember what email address I used years ago, and I only have a few that I would have used over the years. Can you help fix this so I can use this software , that I used very little , years ago.

I don't have a need to buy new software , as I don't have a lot of videos to save. So I want to use my current disk.

I have several older dell desktops Win7 and a newer HP Laptop. win11

Movie Edit Pro 15 is my serial number. Removed by Moderator

Thank you.

@Robert-Bates

As @CubeAce (Ray) writes, you should never post confidential data, like serial keys or email addresses, to a public, user to user forum like this one. Hence, I have edited your post to remove this data.

If you do have MEP15, as distinct from MEP 2015 it is highly unlikely that it will run under any recent Windows version and may not even install properly. Also, products whose serial keys began P2 would now be considered as obsolete.

However, only by emailing infoservice@magix.net, explaining what you are wanting to do and listing your serial key AND any and all possible email addresses you may have had, is there even the remotest likelihood of customer service being able to find your registered email address and thus allow you to re-register it!
