i managed once to transfer vhs onto cd i am now not able to transfer anything

video is coming through on monitor but not transfering to disc or computer i am using rescue your video tapes version 2.0. i know it will be something simple i am not doing thanks to anyone w2ho can help

thanks for your reply yes i have pressed the record button but how do i save .i feel really stupid i know this must be simple but its driving me craxy thanks again teresa

Hi,

When recorded is finish naturally you stop recording (Stop button) and you need to save the recorded file. File save or File save as. Near all software process the same way.
