I'm not new to acid at all - been using acid forever - recently tho bought the ACID 10 via magix site - got the email with the serial number - load it up during install - and does not open at all - I've UNINSTALLED - reinstalled - I have windows 7 which is compatible - whats the deal Magix? and your customer service numbers are like some sort of - - - - - - -

I think you need to open a support ticket with Magix since I suspect no-one here (we're all fellow-users of various Magix software) will be able to help you directly. http://support.magix.com is a direct link to the page where you can log into your account and raise a ticket.
