i just purchased acid pro 11 for windows 10 pc for $129.00 --- but it won't finish downloading! The screen says don't back up or reload, and it's still trying to finish the purchase.....What do I do?

As far as I am aware it's not possible to upgrade from the trial version. You need to have an older full version to be able to upgrade. Do you have such a version and is it registered to your user account?
Is it a trial version? Have you tried to temporarily disable firewall, antivirus including windows defender?

There is also no program called Acid Pro 11. Acid Pro 10 is the latest version.
Oop. I meant Music Studio 11. I've got that and Acid Pro 10.
Thanks, Patient-X. I think I've got everything going in the right direction now. Also, FYI, I suffered a head injury that has made me a little bit dumber than I used to be. So I was getting frustrated by my non-grasping of the situation. It now takes me an extra day to not understand something that I eventually figure out. It's annoying. But thanks for the timely response.....
