I'm new with this and I want to make new songs, but all these are loops. I want to create my own beats. Is there a way to download something like that? I just bought this today, and it's cool but they are all pre-made beats.

Basically, all I want to know is: is there somewhere to download simple beats that are NOT in a loop already. I tried the beatbox thing but it made no sense. I have a mini subwoofer so I can pick up all the bass pitch's etc.

If you are only looking at the soundpools or LIVID, then yes they are pre-made beats.

Make sure you are not in Easy Mode. The switch is the boxes just below the MAGIX logo in the top left corner.

If you want to create your own beats you'll want to use BeatBox.  It has pre-made drum kits, but you can also create your own custom kits if you wish.

It would really be a good idea if you read the owner's manual and learned how to use the software and all it has to offer.

I think you are looking for one shots... simple kick drum, snare... is that right?

Beatbox is good for that beat creation its a step sequencer for triggering sounds that you select.

Sorry, but your question doesn't make any sense.  What would your subwoofer have to do with it?

You have two choices...

You can import loops (or LIVID...) into your arrangement, OR you can make you own beats using BeatBox.

Beyond that, there are ways to manipulate (edit) samples/loops. If you are only interested in a short segment of a loop, it is a simple matter of editing the loop using the handles at the bottom corners.  You'll need to experiment with these things for yourself.

Again...READ THE MANUAL and learn how to use the software!

I did READ THE MANUAL.. but yes I was looking for one shots but the beatbox doesnt have all the sounds even the demo of fruityloops studio had. And I was just saying my sub can pick up all the bass's cuz built in computer speakers don't sound good or dont pick up the bass cuz their to low hitting or whatever.

MMM and Fruityloops are not the same thing.  Why do you expect them to be identical?

Why not use the one-hit files from Fruityloops if you already have then?

Both LIVID and Robata contain one-hit wav files within their folders.  You can access the LIVID files directly through the File Manager.  You will probably have to copy the Robota wav files to another location to be able to access them through the File Manager. (MMM will only allow you to access the exe file through File Manager.)

Besides that, there are numerous sources for drum and percussion samples for free and for purchase on the internet.
