I just got this program and how do I?

Use it?...I mean I can't seem to download any videos for some reason. When I hit the edit button from the main menu like the booklet and informational video suggest. No options come up for me to be able to select "My Media". Neither is there an option for Media Pool. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi there,

Sounds like the different components you'll need to use the program have been turned off. You can turn them back on via the "Window" menu, or just hit the F9 key when you're in the "Edit" screen to restore the default layout, complete with mediapool, preview monitor, arranger and all. Once everything is visible again, I trust that the documentation/program help will help you get started and most basic things will be pretty self-explanatory.
