After deactivating windows 10 with photostory 2016 installed, and loading a new operating system, due to errors

with windows 10, windows 10 crashed, stopping the system from working, and having backed up the previous version of windows 10 i installed the backup but for some obscure reason the program is still showing a disable program in the box when i have disabled it before backing the system up, and it says it has already been disabled,

so can you please reset the program so i can use it, it looks as though you are doing the same as corel software

with the program deactivation, please help. ps dont tell me I have to remove it and load on again?

Hi

. . . . so can you please reset the program so i can use . . . .

We can not do this - this is a user forum not Magix support.

The problem you are having is a Windows 10 issue.

However you can do the following:

Browse to the Magix website - magix.com

On the home page click the My Account link top right .

Login with the username and password you use.

On the next screen select My Products from the left side you will then be taken to your registered products page.

Under your Photostory registration you will see a link Show activated devices - click this and check the your computer has actually been de-activated.

Then try registering again.

. . . . dont tell me I have to remove it and load on again? . . .

If the above fails then you will have to re-install using this procedure.
