I have Magix rescue your videotapes 4. All was OK when I work with Window 7, but last time I upgraded it to Windows 10 and I can't rescue my VHS. Is it possible to work with Magix 4 and Windows 10? If so, what I should do? Or I have to buy new version of Magix rescue your videotapes?

Hi

What is/are the actual problem(s) you are having.

If it is the loss of the DVD drive try upgrading the Burn Routines to the latest version available here.

While RYVT 4 is older software according to thw Windows 10 compatability check it is compatible with Windows 10.

There are some issues with upgrading to Windows 10 which affects some Magix programs and other software, including Microsft Office as I have just experienced upgrading a laptop from Windows 8.1 to 10.

Thank you for your answer but I have no problem with DVD drive. I think my RYVT 4 isn't compatible to the Windows 10 and I can't find a new driver for it.
I can start my RYVT 4, click a window 'Do new project video', get a name of new project and can't import video from VHS. What should I do? Can you send me new driver or tell me where I find it?

Hi

. . . . can't import video from VHS . . . .

Which video capture device are you using?

If it is one of the Magix devices then try updating the 32 bit driver from here - they are on page 3 - select the correct one for your device and you will need to login with your email address and password used to register the software.

Do not install the 64 bit drivers, RYVT is a 32 bit program and needs the corresponding 32 bit drivers.

If your USB capture device is another brand - you should check to see if Windows 10 or 8 compatible 32 bit drivers are available from the manufacturers website.

I have the same problem, even after updating both the program and dongle software the dongle is still not recognized in the program.

I Have Video RYVT Edition and I am having the exact same problem. I tryied another Program from "honestech" called VHS to DVD Deluxe, which has the same problem.
