Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.
You will see I have edited your post to remove the confidential serial keys; such data should never be posted to a public forum like this one. Doing so, risks your software and account being hijacked.
However, I have to ask: why, if the first purchase and download failed, did you proceed to make a second, and then a third???
You need to email infoservice@magix.net, fully explain what has happened and ask that they refund you for the two additional purchases.
My reply - Specs see upload, Antivirus is Avast Supreme. The actual failure is Magix Installation manager. When installing, I receive a message to either abort, retry or ignore. Can't move from here unless I pay to continue or abort. Hence the three installation codes.
First, please remove or at least obscure the "Device ID" and "Product ID" data in your second screenshot; these are confidential to you and could help a potential hijacker to access your computer.
Second, please read this important post from a member of Magix staff, about the fact that recent updates of Avast have caused numerous problems for Magix users. As @johnebaker surmised, it would seem that the installation is being blocked by Avast. You will need to temporarily disable it, or create a rule that tells it to allow the connections to the Magix server.
Your problem is NOT being caused by the Magix Installation Manager.
