I have a lot of problems to send my web page

You search for "Tengo problemas, in your page of thanks a lot, it says Your order was successfully compleated, an email has been sent to your email address with your loging details...I cant find it, and all do I am able to enter inMagix on line, when I try to enter for a direct contact and send email to you, it says that I have no programs registered sorry and thanks.... jimmy" provided "0" results.

This is a user forum not Magix support.

Check your email spam filters have not blocked the email you have been set - if you use Outlook or another email program on your computer you may not see the spam folder - you will have to log on to your Webmail account with your ISP.
