I have a Huawei M735 cell phone with pictures in the multimedia image section, how do I import or export them to MAGIX9?

You are going to need to copy or move the pictures (hopefully .jpg files) to your computer either via bluetooth if you computer has it, or possibly via the data cable (although I see no mention of how to use the data cable in the M735 manual. The other way to do it would be to remove the micro sd card from the phone (assuming the pictures were saved to micro sd and not the phone itself) get yourself a usb card reader (and a micro sd adabter) if the card reader does not have a micro sd card slot and transfer them that way.
PhotoManager 12 supports JPG, BMP, TIF etc, (most standard photo formats) so once the photos are on your computer, PhotoManager should recognize them.
