Assuming you have the original ACL3 this is now a very old program. The latest version of this is now called Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab 4 (there were previous version of SFACL 1, 2 and 3, all of which were released a long time after your program was first released!)
So, I have no idea whether project files etc., produced in your old version will successfully open in the new. I suggest you download the trial version of it and check!
BTW, please don't post ALL IN CAPITALS, it's considered the forum equivalent of SHOUTING and DEMANDING a response!
