Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
Unfortunately your first post here is rather confusing! I think you are saying that you have had to reinstall Win10 and now Video Easy is giving you the error code 24. Is that correct?
If so, please read this Magix Support page as a first step to resolving the error.
