Hi

It is likely there is a problem with your sound card drivers.

Check that you have the latest version from Conexant and that the device is working properly in other programs eg Media Player.

If you recently updated the drivers and the problem started then, roll back the drivers to the previous version.

This didn't work but put me on the right track. I disabled  the drivers and then re- enabled.

It worked. Thanks again.
