Hi

For 720p, H.264, at the default export settings, ie video bitrate 8000kbs 30fps, the file size is about right.

You can check your estimated video file size here.

The above assumes the total length of video exported is approx 2 hours from the full 3 hrs your post title suggests you started  with.
