Hi,

In Movie Edit Pro 15, just double-click on the entry/thumbnail in question in the DVD-authoring and menu layout screen. This will bring up the properties dialog where you can rename the chapter. Keep in mind that this name will only actually be displayed if you select a DVD menu template that does support names in the chapter menu. There are some that will just show thumbnails with numbers, there are some that will just show a line of text and there are some that will give you the possibility to combine a thumbnail image with a textual information to represent each chapter. You can't really add independent extra text fields.
