when i press on some loops,i cant play them or put them on the bar screen because this meesage appears: the file ***** on folder downloaded version has been deleted or moved, why is that?....i got the full version....i installed it again, the serial number box doesnt show for writing it....why?
This is a very common problem. You should have done a search or asked us first before reinstalling MM. Now, you have TWO problems!
It seems that the uninstall does not remove ALL of the program files from your computer. Apparently, it leaves behind either an .ini or .cfg file that interferes with any other attempts to reload the program, including activation with the code.
-------------------
The first thing I would do is to uninstall any and all versions you have loaded.
Then, in Windows Explorer, do two searches of the entire C: drive for any files with these names (*musicmaker* and *music_maker*) and delete those too. (Be sure to include the asterisks.)
Now, you should be able to do a clean load of the Premium version.
-------------------
Then....if you still have the soundpool problem....
First, open MMM. Then, go to File > Settings > Program Settings OR simply hit the 'Y' key. Make sure the "Use Installed Soundpool Even After Reset" box is NOT checked and click on the "Reset Soundpool" button.
The soundpool should now be empty. Close the pop-up by clicking OK.
Click on "Add Styles". Go to the folder...C:\Program Files\MAGIX\Basics_15...and click OK. It should then load all of the soundpools contained in the Basic_15 folder, (which should include the added styles for the Premium upgrade).
If you have other Soundpools that you've loaded elsewhere on your hard drive, you will need to click on "Add Styles" and go to the appropriate folder(s) to load those as well.
