I cannot connect my Sony HD Hanycam into Magix. I keep getting this response:" could not connect to selected device. "Can you hellp me please?

I suppose you have a Harddisk camera. When you connect it to the PC via USB, you can Copy the files from camera to a directory on the PC. The camera is seen as an external harddisk. Then open MEP, and drag the files to Timeline with the mouse. (Perhaps you can Import directly into MEP 15, I use MEP 14)
