I can't find a way to contact support

I've been trying to find a way to contact support regarding this. I have, not 1, but 2 products that I've been trying to officially activate, and they aren't working. The fact its so hard to even find a direct support method is crazy.

The issues for both products are separate, but I might as well address the fact that I need support for both here instead of making another post to address the same concerns above.

Would love if I got a response for this soon, please and thanks.

We could try to help here if you would give us some information. We have no clue as to what products you are talking about.

Why can't you contact support? Did you click on SUPPORT at the top of the forum? If so, what did you do next? It takes me 6 seconds to get to the detailed support email page.

Is there no way for me to contact directly through a phone number or something? I get there's an email support, but I'd much rather prefer getting support verbally so I don't have to make such a prolonged interaction regarding a problem with the product.

@Golden-Phoenix Phone support is only available for users of the much, much more expensive products like Samplitude Pro or Sequoia.

If you explain us your problem and what isn't working, we might be able to give you a hint to solve it in minutes.

Otherwise create a support ticket and wait for a response from official technical support.
