I can not get Rescue your Videotape to load . it come up with, Error Code -59 The Serial NO Removed by Moderator
Should i Delete Rescue your videotape , then put the Disc in and Upload it again .
what more can i put the error code is -59

First, these are public forums and confidential data, like serial numbers should never be posted here. Hence I have edited your post.
Error 59 means your installation is corrupted and needs to be repaired. Since you say you have a disc first try running it without attempting any prior uninstall. With the disc in the disc drive, it should automatically start and, hopefully, offer you a Repair option. Choose it and allow the process to fully complete. Then try again to open RYVT.
If the program still does not open, post back and include the full wording of any error message you see.

In addition to @emmrecs comment see this support article re cleaning up after the uninstall - without doing the cleanup you may be in the same position again after the re-install..
