Hi

We need more information - see this post

Computer specification - please be specific and include:

  •  processor make/model
     
  • graphics card or chipset used
     
  • how much RAM you have
     
  • hard drive free space.
     
  • was Windows 10 an upgrade from7 or 8 and was Video Saver 4 installed before the upgrade?
     
  • what is the make / model and colour of the USB video grabber device
     
  • which drivers did you update and were they 32 bit or 64 bit

Driver: 64 bit

That could be the problem - Video Easy is a 32 bit program and requires 32 bit drivers.

Did you get the driver from here ?  If not try installing the USB Video Capture Driver (Red/White).

I have in some years had a good feeling to the Video Saver and had be a happening man. No i am 80 years old, I got a problem widt to have  a good day whit may computer. Is this a way to press me to bay a new Video Saver?

To me to get help, a must answer on many problems, som i not kan understand.

Kan you not tell me what the proble is. My engliish wrating is no so good, but a hope you undersanding.
