I wish to activate the following Functions:
Dolby Digital Stereo - ENAC3V2-63064-88517-05055-11575-56036
Dolby Digital 5.1 - ENAC3V1-84284-04933-37028-19103-66350
MP4 - ENMPEG4V7-41171-27602-93293-62156-29804
a) Online does not work, says code it provides is invalid!
b) via phone the electronic voice is garbled and can not be understood. I enterred what I thought it said and it said the code was invalid.
c) via FAX as no fax information provided (order form does not complete and print).
I trust that if I activate the above I can record from my Panasonic HDW SD9 cam corder.
Please can you give me a FAX (england) where I can send the relevant codes as I need it before I go to America for a month on the 27 May.
