I bought a new product its in japanese can I change it?

Hello I just bought the magix 2022 platinum movie studio in japan and it gave me the japanese version. Can someone help me change thw language to english. There is no more downloads for it because the 2023 came out. Help plz

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

As far as I am aware the 2022 version of MS Platinum is not available for download anywhere because, as you say, the 2023 version is now released.

However, if you email infoservice@magix.net and explain what you now have they should be able to give you a direct link to download the 2022 English version that you need.
