I bought a new computer Dell (Vista) I cannot install my mp3 maker 10/deluxe .I had it in my other computer dell (EXP)

Version 10 of MP3 Maker is old. Definitely no Vista material, I'm afraid. You might be lucky and can possibly get it to install in Windows safe mode or by running the installer (e.g. setup.exe) on the CD via right-click => "Run as Administrator", but this cannot be guaranteed and sooner or later you're bound to run into problems when running this on Vista. You might want to check out one of the newer products that are compatible with Vista:
