I asked for a 32 bit version and got 64 bit

Dear MAGIX Support,
My name is Ernő Kánya and I am writing to you for the second time, as no reply has been received to my letter of 25 August. The Rescue your videoTapes you purchased from you came in a 64-bit format despite the 32-bit order, which is unusable for me. What can I do in this case? I would really like to use my paid opportunity. Looking forward to your reply as soon as possible:

@Knya-Ern

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Please note this is a user to user forum, not Magix Support.

The current version of Rescue your Video Tapes only comes in a 64 bit version, see the specifications page Operating systems section here.

I would suggest you use the Contact link at the bottom of the forum page to contact Sales at Magix and see if another 32 bit version is available.
