@walter-h6914

Welcome to the MAGIX user to user forums.

Serial/activation codes for current Magix products will always begin with P3. If your code has any other first digits it is almost certainly a voucher code and you should go to this page and follow the instruction given there.

If your code does begin with P3 you need to make sure the email address you are trying to register with is exactly the same as the one you used when purchasing the software, AND that you are attempting to install and activate the same version and edition of the program as listed in your confirmation of purchase email.

If you are still experiencing a problem with activation, please post back with full details of any error message you see but do not post here any of the actual codes.

EDIT: to add; error 14 means you have made a mistake somewhere in the data you have entered. This Magix page gives a little more detail.

If it is the actual Sound Forge activation serial emailed to you by Magix (not a voucher code from a third-party seller), be sure to use the email address you used when it was purchased or registered through Magix.Your log-in email for this forum may be different.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @walter-h6914
