I am unable to import MP4 into MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus

I wanted to import MP4 items into MEP15+ but for some reason, it doesn't work. I tried to activate but the button wasn't there. Cound someone please help me with this? The message is telling me to go to help>additional functions>activate but it doesn't exist, where is it??

IN MPEG15+ there is no activation menu any more, but I think that if you try to import the mp4 and the function is not activated, there should be a message prompting you to activate the MPEG4 online or offline

I don't have Internet on the PC with MEP15+... So how an I suppost to activate MP4 online? If it's possible offline, then how?

Hi,

There are offline activation options in MEP 15 as well. Look for the Service Center activation feature, which will give you an ID code you can use in the "Service Center" (which is essentially your Magix customer account management interface) on the main Magix website to obtain your activation code. You could also contact Magix sales/support from your online machine and work out the activation for the offline machine together with them:

Don't worry. This will work. Offline machines are not a lost case.
