I am trying to change to write speed on Magix Movie Editor Pro 16Plus

Can anyone please explain how I can check and change, if needed, the write speed on Magix Movie Editor Pro 16 Plus as I am having problems with stable burning and wonder if the bitrate is set too high.

You click on the options on the window you get when you are about to burn a DVD. Sometimes, it can be the computer that has a problem or something like that.
