Hi

Which program are you using - please give its full name?

Is it patched to the latest version?

Computer specification - please be specific - processor, RAM, graphics card/chipset used, hard drive configuration and free space, audio chipset/card used etc.

Windows version and whether 32 or 64 bit.

If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8 and was the program installed before or after the upgrade?

I am using Video Pro X2.5

Toshiba Satellite C655, Microsoft Windows 7, 64 bit and Dual Core Intel Pentium B960 / 2.2 GHz, Chipset: Mobile Intel HM65 Express, Ram: 4gb (2x2) and 1333 MHz speed. I should have plenty of space left.

Hi

Thanks for the specs.

. . . . I am using Video Pro X2.5 . . . .

Do you mean version Video Pro X 2.5 or Video Pro X 8.0.2.5?

I am assuming that you mean the video is behind the audio and is also jerky in the preview window when played from the timeline- ie the video is always trying to catch up with the audio.

This will be particularly bad on your computer because it is below the minimum specification required for working with HD video.

The exported video should be fine, however you will find that exporting a movie or burning to disc will take a long time eg for a 30 min movie you could expect it to take several hours to export it as HD video.

I have VPX 4 - v 11.0.9.0 and, AFAICS,  there is no way to increase the performance of the software as there is in newer versions of the program, so the same will apply for earlier versions.
