I am trying to make a DVD for a Christmas present but can not burn it. I just bought Photo Story 14 and have the serial numbers but can not register for MPEG 4

Which version of Photostory 2014 did you buy - Easy or Deluxe?

Check your Internet connection is OK using Internet Explorer, and that your Firewall is not blocking Photostory from accessing the Internet.
