i am going to upgrade to the new samplitude pro x. i usally buy hard copies of software , but i am thinking of downloading this time. what are some advantages /disadvatages of downloading.

Hi,

the software is the same.

But it can take longer when you load the software down. And you can use it only at a computer with internet.
