Vegas Edit Pro 21 was the first version that had some major changes, it became very stable, VP18, 19 & 20 crashed for me on a regular basis, multiple times daily. I can honestly say since VP21 build (300) I hardly get any crashes now & when I do it's user error, adding & changing fxs too often etc. But even then it normally sorts itself out & the crashes I get are very rare & far between...
If anyone has any interest in VP or has a previous version, they might want to dismiss that old version & buy this offer. VP21 render times were reduced, HEVC (GoPro etc) playback is as fluid as AVC, it also comes with added features such as Adjustment events....
I'm not promoting VP & this isn't a willy waving contest - MMS/VPX vs VP, I'm just saying that if you have for instance VP18 then throw that away, it's old, slow, crashes a lot & not in any way comparable to the new versions of VP.
VP21 (300 - 315) is very much like VP22, to the novice eye not a lot in the main structure of the program has changed since VP21 build (315), so if you buy this & it is or it allows the last build to be installed & activated (build (315)) then you'd be pretty much getting the latest VP version.
Like I say the major changes in VP21 came with build (300), if the licencee that comes with this offer allows then the previous builds can be downloaded here , a few people still use version 208 (the last version before build 300) because it suits there media/workflow, work is ongoing with VP22 to resolve any issues that mean this roll back is needed but I get the impression that the majority of people inc me use the latest VP22 version without problems, (for the context of this post that would be VP21 build (315))

In all honesty the offer for Vegas Edit 21 was my main reason for posting as I have MMS 2024, but this is the Magix forum and for those that bought MMS thinking it was Vegas and have never been that comfortable with MMS, this is their chance to swap back to a Vegas product with least cost if that is all they want.
On the other hand, anyone getting into music also get good deals with full versions of their music programs and the sample packs on offer, if anyone doesn't already own them, are huge. It's been over a year since the last Humble Bundle included Vegas with Version 18 so it will be a big upgrade. Offer ends (If they don't extend it) in 20 days. For those that already have a Magix product but are not that happy with it I would say keep it on your system as any third party plugins it came with should appear for use in Vegas, often with expanded function and uses.

@CubeAce Hi, yep, when i say to throw VP18 away I don't actually mean that, VP21 can be installed along side VP18.
I think the main thing I'm trying to say is that the improvements made with VP21 (300 onwards) are a little bit like when Magix inc the Infusion engine & although VP21 isn't the latest version of VP it pretty much is as near as dam it the latest, with as you mention the other stuff included £24 is a very hard offer to beat whether the purchaser continues using MMS/VPX or not.
