How to set audio sample rate to 192000

I get this error message when trying to import video from vhs to computer with Video easy Rescue Your Videotapes 4:

"The recording device does not support the audio saple rate you have set (96000 Hz).

Please switch to Advence Mode and then select User defined as the record format setting. The dialog for setting the record format will now open. Select one of the record format settings here:

192000, 192000, 192000 [Hz]."

Unfortunately the software doesn't seem to support 192000 Hz. Whenever I try to set the settings to 192000 Hz it automaticly sets itself to 96000 Hz.

Please help!

I had the same problem. The mistake I did was that I didn't choose "USB 2828x Device" but "HP HD Webcam" after having chosen "Import video from an analogue source" (I'm not using the English version of this program so I'm not sure what it stands in English). If you're just seeing a picture of yourself in the recording mode then you have done this mistake.

I have the same problem, but the only option for me to choose is "USB 2828xDevice" so that is automatically correct. I have no idea what to do, does anyone know?

Hey guys I have the same problem. I can only choose integrated camera (USB-DShow) though and do not have the option to select USB 28x28 Device. This leads to the error described above that I can see myself in the recording mode and am asked to change the record format setting to 192000 [Hz] which is not possible.

I have both Rescue your Videotapes as well as Video Delux Plus 2021 - the same error occures with both.

Does anyone know what to do?
