How to return the product.

Customer service has not responded to my support requests.

The problem is a mandatory home delivery package that does not work at all in this area, so I do not receive the package from the post office at all.

How do I get my money back for a package that is not delivered.

The package should have been delivered to a post office where the package could have been picked up. However, this has not been done, but the package is in a home delivery terminal where home delivery does not work.

You have chosen Video Pro X as your product. Is this what you are asking about? If so, did you know that the entire software package is downloadable direct from Magix and so you would avoid any delivery problems?

However, I am rather confused by what you write. It seems that Home Delivery is not possible for you because of where you live. Is that right? If so, that is very unusual; whereabouts in the world are you? What is the problem that prevents you collecting the package from the home delivery terminal?

As to returns and refunds; clearly Magix are not responsible for delivery problems that are local to you so any refund would be issued only on return of the package to the company. This page suggests you have a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the purchase was made in which to request cancellation and return of the goods, with any consequent refund.

You say you have contacted Customer service but received no response. Which email address did you use?

The product in question is MAGIX Rescue Your Videotapes! I have not received any instructions on how to return this product if the package has not been delivered at all.

I am never home during the day. The reason for the mistake is completely yours, the recipient's phone number is completely missing from the package. Posti would have needed it. This has caused me harm, the delivery of the package has been delayed for a very long time. I want all of my money back.

This forum is not Magix Support, it is a public forum provided for users of Magix products to discuss and help each other with issues, how to's etc.

@Mikko-Rautiainen Are you from Finland? So, your problem is, that the postal service cannot deliver the package to you because you are not at home? And they don't bring it to a pick-up place like a shopping center nearby in case they don't encounter you?
