How to re-import a VCD movie (DAT file)

I wish to import a movie on VCD made with Movies v1. How can I do this? It appears to be a .DAT file.

I use MEP 14+, and have a SVCD disk. This is as we know a different quality (MPEG2). Her the file name is AVSEQ01.MPG. I copy it to the HD, and drag it down to Timeline, with no problems. I suppose you have tried this with no luck. Your file is MPEG1 as far as I know. Have you tried renaming the .DAT-file? Try MPG !
